ABOUT KOCIL

Kocil merupakan rebranding dari Kafe Kopi Kecil. Saat ini Kocil sudah memiliki 8 cabang di Jabodetabek, 2 cabang lagi di bandung sedang dalam proces pembangunan. Sementara itu, Kocil memiliki produk turunan yakni Kopi Kecil Half Human Half Coffee, sebuah jenama atas produk merchendice dan MasBrew jenama untuk produk botok kemasan.

SIAPAKAH PT. MAJU MUNDUR KENA

PT. Maju Mundur Kena (MMK), terbuntuk di akhir tahun 2016 dengan bisnis pertama bergerak di kafe specialy-coffee bernama Kopi Kecil.

Sampai Sekarang PT. MMK telah melahirkan bebrapa jenama dibawah naungan PT. MMK antara lain Kocil, Dough Re Mi, Kocil Roaster, King Coffee Academy, Masbrew dan Kocil Barber

SPECIALTY COFFEE

Talking about coffee beans, we enjoy introducing fine selection of coffee beans from all over Indonesia. From Sabang to Merauke, each coffee bean has its own characteristics, and it is our job to introduce them to our customers.

Packaged in several sizes, our customers can choose the finished product themselves, such as fine milled samples, coarsely milled, or in the form of beans, which is the most popular one with customers.

Our coffee choices change every season, this keeps our customer looking forward and curiously wait for the next selection.


PREMIUM BLEND

The aim of our Premium blend is to offer a smooth well balances taste with maximum sweetness, low bitterness and medium to low acidity. Permium blend changes based on seasonal changes in the beans 100% Arabica blend or single origin that is roasted separately with a medium roasting profile and then blended together post roasting to ensure better uniformity and taste. The beans are carefully chosen specialty grade with a q-score over 80.


SEHARI-HARI BLEND (SHH)

The aim of our Sehari-hari (Daily) blend is to offer a more classic italian flavour profile with a full body, medium to high bitterness and low acidity. This Coffee is a single origin, single farm bean that is Arabica Flores Bajawa Beans with S795 and Catura varieties. This Coffee is roasted with a medium to dark roasting profile to give it a more full body tase. Flavours include chocolate and nutty flavours with a big body buttery mouthfeel. The beans are carefully chosen specialty grade with a q-score over 80. The elevation is 1350 masl.
