The aim of our Premium blend is to offer a smooth well balances taste with maximum sweetness, low bitterness and medium to low acidity. Permium blend changes based on seasonal changes in the beans 100% Arabica blend or single origin that is roasted separately with a medium roasting profile and then blended together post roasting to ensure better uniformity and taste. The beans are carefully chosen specialty grade with a q-score over 80.
SEHARI-HARI BLEND (SHH)
The aim of our Sehari-hari (Daily) blend is to offer a more classic italian flavour profile with a full body, medium to high bitterness and low acidity. This Coffee is a single origin, single farm bean that is Arabica Flores Bajawa Beans with S795 and Catura varieties. This Coffee is roasted with a medium to dark roasting profile to give it a more full body tase. Flavours include chocolate and nutty flavours with a big body buttery mouthfeel. The beans are carefully chosen specialty grade with a q-score over 80. The elevation is 1350 masl.
